PRO: The drive and the focus at Fusion is such that in less than 3 years, one of their discoveries was highlighting a Dior campaign and Louis Vuitton was booking their new faces. As they reach the 10 year mark, Fusion continues to have the fresh energy and genuine excitement that they bring to the business, anchored by their strong editorial eye in scouting.
CON: It's that smaller agency syndrome. Fusion is going to have to work harder to build those client relationships so that they leap quickly to mind when castings arise. They've been off to a great start, so this goal is truly within reach.
SCOUTING CALL: The ability to see the model's potential before the model manifests himself on camera is a gift. Fusion has this without doubt.

Hey I'm Fred Hooker. I am currently looking and hoping to pursue a modeling career. My only problem is that I have no pictures for a portfolio to get my name and face out there. I was lead to believe that you may be able to assist me in with my future endeavors. I am willing to work any odd jobs that you may have for me to do so that I can compensate you for your professional work.

Sample piece:

Life's ambition can be metaphorically represented as a bitter-sweet symphony. The symphony starts out with a dynamic of piano (soft), and a tempo of lento (slow) in its harmonic melody representing the innocence of childhood. The song eventually progressively crescendos into a bridge growing louder and possessing a presto (fast) tempo representing an individual's life endeavor or mission to discover true identity. The symphony ends much like the beginning; however it represents a sense of wisdom. The struggles that an individual endures, and the ultimate mission to find true identity defines life as a bitter-sweet symphony. An individual may take a lifetime to accurately determine in which part if the song they are enduring which makes the song sweet. It's the trails and triumphs that an individual must endure that makes the song bitter. I have found that the trick to life is not to dwell in the past, but to live in the present and look forward to the culmination of your own symphony.
